Attendance at Knot Backwoods sessions.

By attending Knot Backwoods forest school, or any other sessions (provided by us), and signing all the participation forms,  for their own safety and the safety of others, customers are agreeing to follow all guidance and safety rules set out by Knot Backwoods and are agreeing to follow instructions given to them by Knot Backwoods staff, volunteers and any third party involved in the running and organising of a session.

All participants MUST complete forms before attending sessions. For normal bookings- these forms can be completed on-line.

Normally we are not able to give refunds or cancel or move bookings, unless exceptional circumstances arise. We will move bookings if we have to cancel a session due to extreme, dangerous, adverse weather conditions, or in the event of  members of our staff being ill and therefore not having enough staff to operate safely.

However currently, if an attendee is unable to attend a session due to testing positive for Covid 19 and needing to isolate, we will move their bookings. We will also reschedule bookings if  we are unable to operate due to government legislation enforcing closure of educational establishments.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do all we can to help you. Please contact us via email if you have questions about a product, prior to ordering.

All products will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail and “signed for”.

With regard to purchases of goods made through our website or Facebook, normal returns policy apply. You have 14 days to return an unwanted item, for an exchange. It must be returned in an un-used, unopened and saleable condition. This does not effect your statutory rights.

You must contact us beforehand if returning goods. We can not pay for return postage.
